Return/Exchange Policy


Faulty Goods

Items are considered faulty if they are damaged or where a Stitching/manufacturing fault occurs.

We will arrange to repair faulty items where possible.

The shipping costs and shipping insurances incurred in both directions are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. 

If upon receiving goods already damaged, an item may be refunded to the same value it was purchased.

The item must be in original, unused condition, with all tags attached

and in the original packaging.

An original receipt must also be presented upon returning damaged or faulty goods.

Woven Sun, the online/boutique or store owner and managing retailer, reserves the right to assess the age and condition of the returned items prior to

offering to repair or refund, this may result in a repair or refund being refused.

All Woven Sun pieces, are lovingly hand made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, if you need to cancel your order for any given reason, you must notify Woven Sun within 48 hrs of placing your order.,

Order cancellations after this time, will not be permitted.
