Return/Exchange Policy

Woven Sun, would like you to be completely happy with your items and understand an exchange may be necessary. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving with exceptions for international customer purchases.



You may exchange your item for another size, provided the item has not been washed or worn and is in re-sellable condition, with original

tags attached, in the original packaging, and with the original receipt.

If there are no sizes left in that style you may choose another style if in

stock, to the same value of the exchanged item purchased.



If upon receiving goods already damaged, an item may be refunded to the same value it was purchased.

The item must be in original, unused condition, with all tags attached

and in the original packaging.

An original receipt must also be presented upon returning damaged or faulty goods.

Woven Sun, the online/boutique or store owner and managing retailer, reserves the right to assess the age and condition of the returned items prior to

offering an exchange or refund, this may result in an exchange or refund being refused.


Faulty Goods

Items are considered faulty if they are damaged or where a Stitching/manufacturing fault occurs.

We will arrange to repair faulty items where possible.

The shipping costs and shipping insurances incurred in both directions are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
