Woven Sun would like you to be forever happy with your items, all products are hand made to order, sorry no exchanges, If your garment does not fit or is not quite right, Woven Sun will make any necessary adjustments & alterations to ensure the perfect fit or offer online store credit in the event where a product has become unavailable or due to fabric availability, Please notify Woven Sun within 30 days of receiving your item Please Email info@wovensun.com.au quoting your order number. 
 

 We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

Faulty Goods
If upon receiving items already damaged, an item may be refunded to the same value it was purchased. The item must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached proof of purchase must also be presented upon returning damaged or faulty goods.
Woven Sun, the online/boutique or store owner and managing retailer, reserves the right to assess the age and condition of the returned item/s prior to offering an exchange or refund, this may result in an exchange or refund being refused. Please inform Woven Sun within 7 days of receiving your item/s
