Return/Exchange Policy
Woven Sun would like you to be forever happy with your items and understand an exchange may be necessary. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving our products.

Exchange
You may exchange your item for another size provided the item has been unused, has not been washed or worn, please return item/s with original tags attached.
If there are no sizes left in that style you may choose another style if in stock, to the same value of your exchanged item/s purchased. Shipping in both directions will be made by you.

Faulty Goods
If upon receiving items already damaged, an item may be refunded to the same value it was purchased. The item must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached proof of purchase must also be presented upon returning damaged or faulty goods.
Woven Sun, the online/boutique or store owner and managing retailer, reserves the right to assess the age and condition of the returned item/s prior to offering an exchange or refund, this may result in an exchange or refund being refused. Please inform Woven Sun within 7 days of receiving your item/s
